Important:These Terms cover your use of our website only. Actual installation, repair, or service work is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, contract, or work order) you sign with Solar Works Energy LLC before any work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, contract, or warranty — only a signed service agreement does.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or to submit a request for services. The Site and our services are directed to property owners or those authorized to act on behalf of property owners within our service area.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or programmatically extract content or contact information beyond what is reasonable for personal browsing
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form
- Use any automated tool to flood our forms or generate fake leads
- Attempt to compromise the security of the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any user's data
- Use the Site, our brand name, logos, or trademarks to imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without our written consent
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content (text, images, project photography) for commercial purposes without permission
4. Information on the Site is for general purposes
The content on the Site — including service descriptions, pricing ranges, timelines, warranty information, energy savings estimates, incentive details, and tax credit information — is provided for general informational purposes only. Specifics of your project, including final pricing, timeline, applicable incentives, and warranty terms, will be confirmed in your written service agreement after we evaluate your home.
We update the Site regularly, but tax credits, rebates, utility programs, product warranties, and pricing change. Always verify time-sensitive information (such as eligibility for state or federal incentives) with a licensed tax professional or the applicable program administrator before relying on it.
5. Free assessments and quotes
Submitting a form, requesting a free assessment, or calling us does not create a binding service agreement. We use the information you provide to schedule a site visit, prepare a proposal, and discuss next steps. You are under no obligation to sign a service agreement at any point during the assessment or proposal phase.
6. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Specific product warranties (such as GAF Golden Pledge, manufacturer panel warranties, Tesla / Enphase / Franklin battery warranties, ENERGY STAR window warranties, VELUX skylight warranties, and our own workmanship warranty) are governed by their respective written terms and apply only to services Epex installs under a signed service agreement. The Site is not the warranty document.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPEX AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law (for example, liability for personal injury caused by negligence in performing installation work, which is addressed in your separate service agreement).

Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned on the Site (such as GAF, NABCEP, Tesla, Enphase, Franklin WH, ENERGY STAR, VELUX, PNM, El Paso Electric) are the property of their respective owners. References are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement unless otherwise stated.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, to incentive programs, tax authorities, or manufacturer pages). We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
